Role Title: Digital Systems Intern

The Digital Systems Intern will support the assessment and optimisation of the organisation’s digital infrastructure within a not-for-profit context. This role involves reviewing and enhancing the structure and organisation of the shared drive, as well as various data management systems used across the organisation.
The intern will identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, streamline file organisation, and ensure secure management of digital resources. They will work closely with the external IT team to address technical requirements, as well as collaborate with the Projects team and the Executive Manager to align system improvements with organisational needs.
This position is ideal for someone with an interest in digital systems management, data organisation, and process improvement within a community-focused environment.
