Role Title: MYP Business Process Mapping & Optimisation Intern

This internship will support Mosaic Community Care’s strategic MYP platform reimplementation by mapping and analysing current business processes across Finance and Client Services that interact with the MYP system.
The intern will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer, Finance team, and Client Services team to document current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies and workarounds, and support the development of future-state processes aligned with the intended design and functionality of the MYP platform.
This role will involve engaging with internal stakeholders to understand how key functions such as client intake, service delivery, billing, and reporting are currently managed, including areas where manual processes or system limitations create challenges. Current insights indicate fragmented systems, manual data handling, and inefficiencies across workflows, which this project will help address.
The intern will produce a structured set of process maps and recommendations to inform system configuration, training, and change management activities as part of the broader digital transformation program.
