Role Title: Project Intern - WA Police Museum - Law Enforcement History

Role Description

• Archival Documentation: Organising, digitising, and cataloguing historical police records, photographs, and physical artefacts.
• Exhibit Support: Contributing to the research of exhibitions, including assisting with thematic content related to policing history, community engagement, or notable events. • Collections Management: Supporting basic care and handling of items within the museum's collection. All duties will be tailored based on the museum’s current projects and the intern's skill set. The intern will receive guidance from the Museum Curator, who is happy to provide an evaluation at the end of the internship period. The internship would be located at between the heritage building at 99 Plain Street and Police headquarters, with some potential out of office work at the Police Historical Society
