Role Description

1. Introduce a ‘Champion Kit’ that clearly defines the role of a D&I leader to ensure consistent and continuous profiling and support of D&I. Developing Champions Tool Kit including:
- Role statements - Terms Of Reference - Learning Pathway – mapping Skills Academy Courses 2. Review data on women across all levels of employment to better understand barriers to career progression. - Review current data - Interview 7 women - Write a report on findings
