Role Title: Process Mapping Intern - On-boarding of Schools into the EdConnect Program

Role Description

• The intern will have the opportunity to review a recent process map developed to onboard volunteers.
• The intern will seek input, likely through individuals at a workshop, to identify key issues from the team. • The intern will map the process and we will seek recommendations, particularly regarding communication hot spots - how to do it well, how to do it better etc.
