The intern will review existing project materials to understand the MRCS operating environment, then help map stages of operator capability, supervision needs, and progression from entry to confident operation. The focus of the role is structured analysis and documentation rather than training delivery, assessment, or operational decision-making. The outputs from this role will inform future onboarding materials, training design, and support models, helping MRCS grow sustainably while maintaining consistent operator confidence and safety.
