Role Description

The IT team at the Office of the Auditor General includes Records Management, Service Desk, Systems and Infrastructure, Cyber-security and the Project Management Office. We enable auditors to deliver high-quality, independent work, through predictable, secure and explainable services.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to collaborate across our functional teams, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to projects and initiatives that enhance our technology environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who can work independently, engage effectively with a range of stakeholders, and take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement. Opportunities exist for the intern to demonstrate and develop their skills with: • Research and analysis of products suitability for use within the OAG • Data analysis to help shape operational prioritisation • Data collection and dashboard creation • Process and procedure review, development and streamlining • Asset management • Creation of training material
