Role Title: Cultural Framework launch

We are seeking a marketing and communications student to support the launch and rollout of our new Culture Framework across the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.
This internship will play a key role in helping to coordinate the framework launch and support its successful activation. Working closely with the People, Culture and Safety team and the Community Engagement team, the intern will contribute to both the strategic rollout and day-to-day implementation activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting coordination of the Culture Framework launch activities
Assisting with engagement and activation initiatives across teams and departments
Helping develop and maintain an asset register for framework materials and resources
Supporting implementation of the Culture Framework within HRIS and related systems
Assisting with facilitation of workshops, meetings and engagement sessions
Updating policy and procedure templates to align with the new framework
Providing general project and administrative support to ensure smooth rollout
This role offers hands-on experience in organisational change and culture transformation, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration across a large research institute.
