Key Duties: This internship will support the planning and refinement of a quality improvement evaluation framework for a therapeutic and climate-resilient courtyard garden at a hospital site. The intern will assist in finalising tools, timelines, and stakeholder engagement strategies, with potential for limited baseline data collection. Key responsibilities include: • Review and refine proposed environmental and social evaluation measures (e.g. temperature, air quality, usage patterns) • Assist in selecting appropriate tools and methods for non-intrusive data collection • Develop templates for observation logs, feedback forms, and dashboard reporting • Coordinate with clinical, facilities, and sustainability teams to align evaluation plans with operational needs • Support ethical and privacy considerations (e.g. ensuring no identifiable data is collected) • Pilot selected measurement tools (e.g. temperature loggers, feedback forms) if feasible • Contribute to internal communications and documentation of the evaluation plan
