Role Title: Social Media and Graphic Design Intern

The Social Media and Graphic Design Intern plays a key part in shaping and strengthening Living Proud’s online voice and visual identity. The intern will work within Living Proud’s Business Development function, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager. The intern will primarily interact with the Business Development Manager and CEO. They may also engage with internal program teams to translate organisational activities into accessible and engaging content for community members, stakeholders, and the broader LGBTIQA+SB community.
The intern will be responsible for developing a social media strategy to increase impact, developing social media tools and templates, designing posters and infographics, and supporting the day-to-day management of Living Proud’s communication channels.
The intern will also contribute to the development of social media and communications guidelines and policies to ensure consistent, inclusive, and effective messaging across all platforms.
Living Proud is a non-profit organisation which aims to promote the wellbeing of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, intersex, queer and other sexuality, sex and gender diverse people in Western Australia.
