Role Description

We are in the process at Outcare of completing and collating necessary documentation to formulate an overarching Outcare Model of Care and Practice, which essentially will provide the DNA on which all of our practice based. Stemming from that will be other models of practice, such as a Trauma Informed model, a Case Management model, a Cultural Model of Practice and so on. The intern will work directly with the Practice Lead to collate data from the front line practitioner and help build the narrative which will form the draft documents for senior management approval. The intern may also be involved in developing training modules around Trauma Informed practice, Motivational Interviewing and other essential topics suitable for a human services organisation to utilise as it upgrades and develops its Practice standards and models - which then will be used in tender documents, marketing material etc.
