Role Title: Empowering Communities Program (ECP) Intern
Organisation: Victoria Park Centre for the Arts
Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: East Victoria Park
The role will support our Department of Communities Empowering Communities Program. The role includes event support, with occasional weekend attendance included in the allotted hours. Weekday support including meetings, assigned tasks relating to ECP programs delivered at the Arts Centre (Create Connect Art program for artists working with disability). The intern would work with our ECP coordinator to enrich and provide insights for possible sustainable development. The ECP program is currently subject to review beyond June 2024. This internship would value add at a crucial time for the Centre ahead of ongoing funding or winding down of the program.
