Role Title: Project Intern: Monitoring and Evaluation Framework Improvement Project

We are seeking a Project Intern to work with the Homelessness Services team, providing project support to the development of key components of a new Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (MEF) for our Horizon House Service. Horizon House is a multi-site residential support service for young people (16-22yrs) who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Our service supports young people for up to three years, with safe, stable accommodation and support, whilst instilling hope and fostering connection within their communities.
The Project Intern will work with the Horizon House Leadership team in WA and Victoria, to identify current resources (internal and external) being utilised by our caregivers to best support the needs of our young people. This will include scoping resources and tools pertaining to practical skills, wellbeing, safety and security outcomes for young people. Once mapped, gaps will be more visible and we aim to then identify new existing resources and identify resource development opportunities.
The Project Intern will be work with the Director of Homelessness and Support Services, Project Manager and the Horizon House Leadership team. The position will be located within the larger WA Social Outreach team - data, finance, risk management, quality control, HR and administration roles.
