Role Description

HR Support:
Assist in updating the HR staff manual Developing performance management processes and tools. Support in organizing Learning & Development (L&D) training records. Participate in various Employment Hero (EH) HRIS related tasks as required. Candidate Pool Management: Update candidate CVs in the Employment Hero candidate pool by adding relevant language and details. Document Management: Organise and maintain Job Description Forms and folder. Structure and maintain employee folders for each employee by: - Induction Documents: Store all documents related to the induction process. - Qualifications: Manage and store all certificates and qualifications obtained during the pre-employment process.
