Role Description

The Wildcare Helpline Intern will work closely with WA Wildlife’s Wildcare Helpline Coordinator to oversee the coordination of the Wildcare Helpline service. This role involves actively answering calls from the public to provide advice and assistance regarding wildlife rescue and care. In addition to phone support, the operator will compile reports and analyse data on helpline operations to identify trends, improve service delivery and support wildlife conservation initiatives. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to WA Wildlife’s mission of protecting and rehabilitating native wildlife.
