Role Description

The intern will be based in the People and Culture team and support the establishment of a process for managing a casual pool of employees:
a. Logging candidates' details into spreadsheet and overseeing their progression through recruitment process b. Upskilling in HumanForce to understand employee availability functionality c. Capturing casual employees’ availability and location preferences and support them to input to HumanForce d. Reviewing existing casuals and contacting them to update their availability and location preferences into HumanForce e. Drafting a procedure for managing casual employee pool f. Supporting delivery of refresher training with leaders to utilise casual employee pool They will liaise with internal stakeholders and employees, as well as new employees.
