Role Description

As part of the Event Planning and Research team for NAARI and other key events, you will play an integral role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of cultural, social, and community-centered events, including NAARI Holi.
Key Responsibilities: Event Research and Concept Development: Conduct research on past events, industry trends, and innovative ideas to contribute to the conceptualization and enhancement of event themes and formats. Specifically, for NAARI Holi, you will help infuse traditional elements with modern twists to appeal to diverse audiences. Vendor and Venue Coordination: Assist in identifying and securing appropriate venues, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure that contracts, costs, and services meet the needs and vision of each event. Sponsorship and Partnership Outreach: Research potential sponsors and partners for events, drafting proposals and coordinating communication to secure financial and in-kind support for the events. Logistics Management: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth coordination of event day activities, such as catering, transportation, stage setup, and attendee management. Oversee the timeline to ensure all elements come together seamlessly. Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various community organizations and stakeholders to maximize participation and collaboration.
