Role Title: Communications Intern

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: Midland
The intern will complete the following tasks:
• Coordinate, write and edit publications and collateral, including newsletters and annual reports.
• Create content such as media releases, newsletters, social media posts, videos, photos, and internal news articles to profile the City’s programs, services, activities and achievements.
• Review the City’s photographic library, ensuring a substantive repository of up to date, inclusive and diverse photography is available at all times.

The City of Swan is a local government area of Western Australia. It is in the eastern metropolitan region of Perth and includes the Swan Valley and 42 suburbs. It is centred approximately 20 km north-east of the Perth central business district.
