Role Title: Capability and Culture Intern

Organisation: Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS)

Internship Period: Semester 1 (February - May)

Location: East Perth / Perth CBD

Role Description

This project would be the review and delivery of the DEMIRS Service Recognition Awards aligned to the recently reviewed Employee Recognition Guidelines.
Conduct background research and develop a project plan, including scope, objectives, and a clear timeline for deliverables and deadlines. Conduct thorough Quality Assurance processes. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to service providers, corporate communications, design team and HR systems. Review and prepare recommendations on findings of the project.
