The Internship The People and Culture intern will be working under the guidance of the People and Culture team. The People and Culture team provide specialist HR advice and guidance to all City of Mandurah employees on people related matters and best practice HR. You will be involved in various aspects of HR, assisting with administrative tasks, recruitment, training and other HR initiatives. Internship Projects - Audit of the City's Position Descriptions to ensure consistency of wording, formatting and the inclusion of Child Safe principles and Governance Delegated Authority clauses. - Update the People and Culture intranet hub sites such as Family and Domestic Violence Hub, Management Challenge Hub, Recruitment and Selection Hub etc. to make them relevant and informative. - Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, organising training materials and tracking employee participation. - Ad-hoc HR tasks as required.
