Role Description

As an HR Intern, you will provide support in our HR projects and in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities at our organisation. Additionally, you will help with health and safety compliance. You will be mentored by our HR Business Partner to gain in-depth knowledge of HR functions.
As an HR intern, you will be involved in various aspects of HR, assisting with administrative tasks, recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives. In this role, you will get an opportunity to: - utilise your creative mind to help us create posters to help foster a positive and inclusive culture. - gain knowledge on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in HR processes - Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, organising training materials, and tracking employee participation. - improve your confidence communicating over the phone as you assist us with our recruitment activities We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for People and Culture, and a desire to learn within a non-profit organisation.
