Location: Perth (Bennett St) if intern available on Monday or Friday. Walyalup (Fremantle) if intern available on Wednesday
"Therapeutic Care Services (TCS) has worked very hard to create a new Employee Induction Program for new Residential Care workers. The goal for this project is to have seamless communication between all areas of the Department of Communities that are involved in the new staff induction process.
This intern will be supporting a project group assigned to the implementation of this new induction process and will be involved in developing processes and technologies to promote open communication between all stakeholders.
The Department collaborates to create pathways that enable individual, family and community wellbeing. What we do has far-reaching impacts across all aspects of society. Supporting wellbeing can mean many things including ensuring children are safe, helping people access a home, or creating diverse and inclusive communities.
