Role Title: Equity Project Youth Channel Intern

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)

The Equity Project Youth channel is a spin-off communication channel from the main Equity Project. It was established in early 2024 by several McCusker students, with this choice of communication coming after research and ideation of several ideas.
Now established, we need someone with a solid understanding of how to apply comms and marketing to a youth focussed audience to run the channel. The goal here would be to helps attract interest and promote thought relating to our main project vision and purpose. Read more about that here: www.equityproject.org.au
As part of the role, the intern will be in responsible for developing and documenting their communication and marketing strategy. While the current Equity Project Youth comms is currently on Instagram, this could be broadened depending on their strategic approach.
A further key task will be to document their approach and provide a handover document that can be passed on to someone appropriate following the completion of their placement.
