Role Title: Human Resources Project Intern

Role Description

This internship offers a unique opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience by supporting key HR initiatives for a small NFP. The intern will work closely with the CEO to help implement Employment Hero, including reviewing, updating, and integrating current HR documents into the platform.
A key part of the role will also involve contributing to the development of a Learning & Development framework and assisting with the integration of GO1. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is eager to apply their HR knowledge in a real-world setting with meaningful outcomes. The intern will be given the opportunity to work independently while receiving direct guidance from the CEO, and will engage with other internal stakeholders as needed to support HR compliance, digital transformation, and staff development initiatives.
