Role Title: Merger and Integration Project Intern

Internship Period: Semester 1 (February - May)
Location: Perth
Provide project support to the merger and acquisitions manager. Activ and genU have recently decided to merge. The Merger and Acquisitions manager is coordinating merger activities between the entities. Tasks will be undertaken at the M&A manager's direction.
1. Project administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings with key personnel or preparing agendas and taking minutes
2. Preparing for and assisting with facilitation of workshops,
3. Assisting with the preparation of action plans, and following up outstanding actions with personnel
4. Liaising with relevant staff and external stakeholders who may contribute to, or be impacted by, the project
5. Identifying any problems or opportunities relevant to the project and raising with the merger and acquisitions manager
6. Supporting relevant staff to deliver the project
7. Other project related support duties as directed
8. Assist in developing project management tools including gantt charts, project plans and registers
