Role Description

As a Grants and Fundraising Intern at the Darling Range Hub, a not-for-profit organisation, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to sustain and expand our community programmes and ensure that our operational and programme costs are met. - Researching potential grant opportunities and funding sources. - Assisting in the preparation and submission of grant proposals. - Developing and sourcing new donors and sponsors. - Supporting fundraising events and campaigns. - Generating ideas for fundraising and run a fundraising project - Collaborating with our grants writer to gather relevant information for grant applications. - Prepare a toolbox for ongoing grants writing for Darling Range Hub - Engaging with community members to understand their needs and the impact of funded programmes. You will primarily interact with the Hub Coordinator and the Committee. This role offers a hands-on experience in nonprofit operations and provides an opportunity to contribute to the sustainability of our diverse range of community initiatives.
