Role Description

This role focuses on designing and developing a client feedback system to capture client experience and satisfaction, ensuring it is user-friendly and accessible. It involves collaboration with IT and other teams to implement the system, developing project plans with clear timelines and milestones, and monitoring progress through regular meetings and status reports. The role also includes conducting research on best practices, analysing existing feedback mechanisms, managing feedback data, and identifying areas for improvement. Responsibilities extend to testing the system, creating training materials, and collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals, while regularly reporting progress and developing handover materials as needed
