Role Title: High Intensity Users Policy Writing Intern

Internship Period: Semester 1 (February - May)

To help us look at the data around who our High Intensity Users are - to come up with a definition of what/ or who a High Intensity User is. We'll use that data to build a model of care/ policy/ strategy around how we care for these people - taking into account what other jurisdictions do, and what the research around Frequent Callers is. Plus we'll map this with the NHSQS while keeping in mind the National Health Sustainability Review
