Role Description

The South Metropolitan Health Service Rockingham Peel Group are developing a bereavement policy and process for staff to support patients and loved ones who are admitted to the Rockingham Peel group.
The intern will be assisting the social work and Clinical Service Redesign (CSR) team in developing a policy and standard operating procedure for staff which utilises the bereavement booklet that is given to patients and loved ones. The outcome of this role is to improve the patient experience at Rockingham Peel Group
