Role Description

This internship focuses on researching the evolving expectations of Generation Z and Generation Alpha regarding career aspirations and work-life balance and the implications for long term strategic workforce planning. The intern will contribute to understanding how these generational shifts will influence workplace policies, culture, and practices.
The intern will be supported by the Directorate Workforce Strategy.
