Role Title: WADSA Project Intern
Organisation: WA Disabled Sports Association (WADSA)
Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: East Victoria Park
The WADSA Project Intern will support the implementation of our All Abilities Recreation program, actively engaging people with disabilities in sport and recreation in the community, including service delivery and improvement. The project intern will have the opportunity to observe delivery, participate and contribute to improving the quality of life of people with a disability choosing to participate with WADSA. The WADSA Project Intern will allow individuals the opportunity the enhance the lives of people living with disabilities.
Through participation in Sport & Recreation, WADSA enhances the lives of People with a Disability in WA. This extends to Families, Staff, Volunteers, Support Workers and the Community. WADSA is the peak body for sport and recreation for peoples with a disability representing our member clubs and the broader community.
