Role Title: Research Intern - People and Culture (WHS)

Role Description

The intern will be undertaking work for the Work Health & Safety Directorate from the People & Culture division. As part of this, they will be working with the Strategic team on the “Thrive” project.
This will involve researching the wellbeing of Communities’ employees to identify the gaps in current polices and aid in developing a new framework for Communities. They will primarily be interacting with the strategic team along with various stakeholders from Communities.
