Role Title: Corporate Development Intern

Internship Period: Summer (November - December)

Location: Perth

Role Description

The intern will assist the Partnerships and HR Team with the following tasks:
• using AI to streamline repetitive tasks across the org • chatbots on our website and social media channels to support the customer service experience • Power BI report generation support (would have to a working knowledge of Power BI) • review current internal and external surveys and amend as necessary to achieve our qualitative data and evaluation goals • research fundraising opportunities via grants portals, corporate sponsors and public fundraising and log in a pipeline doc • support cost analysis of programs year on year with link to budget spreadsheets to monitor income and expenditure • review of current content and collateral to assess gaps eg digital and print brochures, graphic assets, website inclusions, presentations assets • update all approved previous presentations to new brand templates They will also assist with: Strengthening induction & training systems Including: • Trialing our new induction user interface and providing feedback about the experience • Developing some evaluative quizzes to assess new-starter understanding of induction materials • Surveying team members to find out what they would have liked additional training on when they started with Earbus • Developing a series of simple "how to" videos for a range of Earbus platforms Assisting with completion of Tender documents Assisting Director, Clinical Services & Outcomes with project work
