Role Title: Project Intern, Housing and Homelessness

Role Description

The Smart Energy for Social Housing (SESH) Project (currently delivered by Synergy) is being handed over to Communities to continue the program. The project aims to install 500 solar panels on Social Housing properties.
The intern will be predominantly working on the Project Planning phase, and possibly moving into implementation, pending timelines. The intern will work alongside the project manager to delivery key planning activities: • Project plan, documentation, timelines and setting up project tracking. • Data analysis and identification of prospective properties. • Project cost projections. • Liaising with Maintenance Directorate to determine a delivery pathway/procurement for the remaining solar panel installations. • Explore options for tenant communication. • Workflow the process • Liaise with Regional Staff
