Project Intern, Allied Health Simulation

Role Title: Project Intern, Allied Health Simulation

Organisation: UWA School of Allied Health

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)

Location: Crawley

Role Description

Allied Health Simulation is broad with its various ways it can engage students, community members and academics learning together. It's a way to engage in learning before graduates enter the health and human services sector. In the School of Allied Health, the Social Work and Social Policy discipline would like to know what is happening elsewhere (nationally, internationally) with a view to develop simulation resources for students and staff to engage in reflective learning. This project needs to interns to ask "what, where, how, why' with the aim to develop a broad understanding of what is being done elsewhere, and also hear from discipline leads across the School of Allied Health about what would value add to their teaching and learning practices.
