Role Title: Employee Assistance Program Evaluation Intern

Internship Period: Winter (June - July)
Location: East Perth
This project involves evaluating current and potential EAP providers to ensure they offer high-quality, accessible, and relevant services to our employees. The intern will lead the evaluation process under the guidance of the HR team, contributing to a pivotal decision that impacts employee well-being and organisational health.
The intern will compile a report and present to the People and Culture team.
This project will also develop an EAP Framework for the Organisation if time permits.
