Policy and Procedure Intern, Review

Role Title: Policy and Procedure Intern, Review

Organisation: Kin Disability Advocacy Inc

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)

Location: Osborne Park

Role Description

The intern will assist Kin to review all existing policies and procedures.
There are few drivers for this: - some are simply due for an update - there have been significant changes to how we operate - using digital systems for case work and WHS - we will be implementing a new HR Information System in the near future. Some initial prep has been done to identify which documents need major revisions. Policy and procedure manuals also require splitting into individual documents which can then be managed in our existing SharePoint site. This will be an office based role, and the intern will be working primarily with the administration team. There will be some requirement for consulting with other staff to determine where changes are required.
