Role Title: Research Intern 2, Gender Diversity Services

Organisation: Child and Adolescent Health Service

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)

Role Description

The intern will be working as part of the Perth Children’s Hospital Gender Diversity Service. For this project, the intern will work closely with senior research officers and the senior speech pathologist and will be integrated as a valuable team member.
The intern will assist with collection, entry, and management of confidential patient health information related to psychological, Physical and Metabolic health, as well as voice and communication services. They will have the opportunity to observe and contribute to other health projects within the service. It is necessary that the intern has a respect for diversity, including gender diversity, and an interest in human rights.
