Role Description

The role is focused on assisting with the research, design, and development of a service delivery toolkit for support coordinators and case managers. You would engage in various tasks to support the project's goals. This includes engaging with internal staff and managers to determine research agenda, conducting thorough desktop research to gather relevant data and international best practices, collaborating with line-managers and staff to draft the design of practical and user-friendly tools, and contributing to the development and testing of the toolkit. Your work would aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of front-line staff, ensuring they have the resources needed to deliver high-quality services to their clients. This work would form part on an ongoing project, and will be highly collaborative. The intern will act as a synthesiser of information and work directly under the Manager - Service Delivery. This role suite someone with an interest in human services ands a background in either social work psychology or similar.
