The Agency Capability and Improvement Division is launching a new Culture and Improvement Program. This program includes a pivotal project: the development of an assessment suite designed to enhance agency performance through improved culture and trust.
Role Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing the assessment suite, which will focus on four key culture levers within the agency and the broader context of trust.
• Contribute to creating relevant questions and investigative approaches to effectively evaluate agency culture.
• Support the production of accessible online reports that will facilitate ongoing improvement discussions within public sector agencies.
• Engage in validation processes for the assessment tools.
Ideal Candidate:
• Demonstrates strong research capabilities and analytical skills.
• Ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience or familiarity with public sector operations, cultural dynamics, and improvement strategies is highly regarded.
