Role Title: Project Officer: Outcomes Measurement Framework

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Officer to support the development of an Outcome Measurement Framework for the Financial Wellbeing Collective. This role involves understanding our services, conducting in-depth research, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to design a framework, including a Theory of Change, to streamline the measurement of the impact of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Analysis: Gain a deep understanding of the organization’s community services, programs, and target outcomes.
Research and Insights: Conduct research into best practices, measurement methodologies, and relevant social impact frameworks to inform the project.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external partners, including academic institutions, and other key stakeholders, to gather insights and ensure alignment with sector standards.
Framework Development: Lead the creation of the Outcome Measurement Framework, incorporating the Theory of Change to link activities to desired outcomes.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to align the framework with organizational goals and provide regular updates on progress and findings.
Capacity Building: Develop resources or tools to enable ongoing application and improvement of the framework by staff and partners.
Project Management: Ability to manage the project with supervision, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
