Role Title: Executive Advisor Intern 2

WAUC provide consulting services for not-for-profits and charities operating in WA over a semesterly ~12-week period. Each project team consists of ~6 students, who scope out a client problem, collect and analyse data, and present their final recommendations to the client in a PowerPoint slide deck and additional deliverables where requested. There are five typical case types a team could work on for their client: developing a high-level understanding of the client's activities and growth strategy, maximising operating model efficiency, enhancing organisational performance, helping the client define and measure success to achieve their mission or digital transformations. Executive members on WAUC are responsible for a portfolio, which includes a set of responsibilities that ensure the continued operation of our charity. The second half of their role is as an Advisor on a consulting case. They take responsibility for ensuring the client receives the correct help and advice, as well as overseeing the work of the project leaders and consultants. There is a total 8 hours of meetings to attend as well as work to be completed outside of those each week.
