Role Description

The intern will review the criteria used by various institutions for their research awards, focusing on how they manage gender diversity and the HASS/STEM distinction. As part of the project the intern will analyse policies, identify best practices, and compile their findings into a concise report. This report will highlight innovative approaches to equity in research funding and provide actionable recommendations to enhance our strategies for developing inclusive research awards. The report will form a basis to shape UWA's commitment to diversity in academic funding and awards.
