Role Title: Project Intern, Procurement System Maintenance Project

Role Description

As a Project Intern, you will work closely with the Procurement Team to support the development and refinement of processes that ensure efficient maintenance of the procurement system. Your primary focus will be process mapping the requirements for maintaining master data, including managing pre-qualified vendor information and catalog updates.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the procurement team to document workflows and identify improvement opportunities. 2. Assist in analyzing and organizing master data for pre-qualified vendors and product catalogues. 3. Work with stakeholders to gather insights and requirements for streamlined data management. 4. Support the team in ensuring system data is accurate and up to date. Interaction: You will primarily work with the Procurement Team. This role offers valuable exposure to procurement systems and practical experience in data management and process improvement.
