Role Title: Reclink Community Program Intern

Reclink provide free sport, recreation, art and dance programs for disadvantaged community members. Programs range from adults fitness, art and dance sessions to youth soccer, multisport, boxing and golf sessions. Our adult programs are predominantly women including women with disabilities, from CaLD or Aboriginal backgrounds or women experiencing mental health issues. Our youth programs are predominantly young people from CALD backgrounds or youth at risk. Each program and their participants are different and this role gives the opportunity for an intern to work with a variety of people.
An intern working with will be involved in designing and delivery programs with the Reclink Senior Sports Coordinator, designing promotional material and utilising different promotional avenues including social media and assisting in designing and developing aspects of Reclink events including the Reclink Community Cup, Reclink Gamechanger Games and Reclink's participation at the Telethon weekend.
Reclink Australia provides evidence-based sport and art programs to disadvantaged Australians to create socially inclusive, life-changing opportunities.
In partnership with more than 450 community organisations, Reclink Australia's programs create pathways to improved health and wellbeing, education and employment outcomes for all participants.
There is no other social inclusion program in Australia with the reach and impact that Reclink Australia's model currently has.
