Role Description

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to Intern as Volunteer Administrator for Refugee/Migrant Settlement Casework. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our refugee and migrant settlement programs by our caseworkers. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting individuals in their journey towards successful integration into their new communities.
Administrative Support: • Assist in the development and maintenance of administrative systems and procedures to support casework operations. • Ensure coverage of essential administrative tasks and activities. • Willing to learn the casework process. • Communicate effectively with our internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of services and resources. • Commitment to learn and support Edmund Rice Centre WA values and vision. • Cultural sensitivity, respect for diverse perspectives, and passion for working with adults from CaLD background.
