Role Title: Training and Development Research Intern

Organisation: Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)

Location: Perth CBD

Role Description

Within the People and Culture team, the intern will be primarily responsible for the research of training solutions/workplace assessment processes regarding work health and safety, procurement and good record keeping within the department.
The intern will be also analysing pre-exiting foundations to provide advice on opportunities for improvement on current process. Lots of internal stakeholder engagement will be required to best understand what the working groups require within the training module.
