Role Description

As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy and framework for The Heritage Collective, a vibrant community hub within Curtin Heritage Living. This role involves conducting market research, creating content, and developing strategic goals to enhance the visibility of The Heritage Collective. You will work closely with the Community and Lifestyle department, led by General Manager Pele Reeve, and collaborate with the Arts and Culture team to promote events, programs, and services that cater to aged care residents, independent living residents, local schools, and the wider community.
Your tasks will include auditing existing communication channels, designing templates, drafting social media content, and creating a content calendar. You will also engage with community members and stakeholders to ensure messaging is inclusive and impactful. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven organization while developing practical marketing skills in a real-world setting.
