Role Description

Develop an Employee Value Proposition
Review current supervision process- meets AHPRA, OTA standards etc Review current process of performance review Create a clear Performance Development Plan which includes Job Roles, key indicators, set timelines to support a Performance Review and Promotion Review. Reviewing Policy and Procedures and develop a "play book" -Google Site, Google Form Staff onboarding process Milestone review as a google form
