Role Title: Project Intern, Noongar Walbrininy Kaartdijin
Organisation: Coolabaroo Community Services
Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: Gosnells
This intern will provide Project Support in the following areas:
• Support the CEO, with clear communication of the project and confidentiality adhered to.
• Provide support and assistance with planning, implementation and evaluation of activities relating to the aims and objectives of current projects.
• Assist with the design and development of project products and tools.
• Maintain and develop orderly and accurate digital copy of meeting and consultation records.
• Update website using various tools to support project.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Prepare summary reports as required. Prepare meeting and consultation paper packs as required.
The Moorditch Gurlongga Association Inc. (MGA) is an Aboriginal organisation providing a range of services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the Southeast metropolitan region of Perth. Our Mission is to provide pathways to wellness, wellbeing and worth through professional, culturally based education, early childhood, housing and community services. Today MGA (trading as Coolabaroo) provides a range of services to people from all walks of life and cultures although our focus is to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
